Refunds & Replacements

Because of the highly custom nature of what we do at Pea Pod Paper & Gifts, we have a very firm policy on Refunds & Replacements for Custom Stationery and Personalized Gifts.

 

 

Absolutely no refunds will be granted. We strongly encourage purchasing samples to be sure of what you are ordering. We are also unable to exchange products. If you are dissatisfied with what you have received, we do offer reprints under certain conditions.

 

 

If you are missing products from your shipment and they are not marked on your packing slip, please email us within one week. We will investigate the matter and send replacements at our cost. We are unable to accept missing product claims after the one-week time frame and can only offer the products at a lower cost to you.

 

If an error is found on the printed product, please email us within ONE WEEK of receiving the shipment. Before reprinting, we will request you return the defected product. Once we receive it, we will investigate how the error occurred.

 

• If due to our mistake, we will reimburse your return shipping cost, reprint your order with the necessary corrections, and ship the reprints to you at our expense.
• If due to your mistake, we will reprint at a lower cost. All additional shipping costs, including your return shipping cost, will be your responsibility.

 

 

1) COLOR VARIATION: Please note that colors can vary from monitor to monitor. We can not be responsible for this difference in colors.

 

2) POOR QUALITY PICTURES: We are wonderfully skilled at editing your photos but there is only so much we can do with poor quality pictures. The final product will ultimately depend on the pictures you send in to us.

 

3) TRIMMING: As stated on our products page, trimming can occur (and often does with cardstock). While we always send the files to our printers with an appropriate amount of bleed line, we will not be held responsible for trimming issues. We advise you to be aware of the possibility of trimming. If it adversely affects the design, we will work with you to correct it.
