Choosing the Perfect Design & Placing Your Order
We are on online company, which means our website is open 24/7! You can shop anytime of the day or night for the perfect design for your special occasion. Take your time browsing our incredible selection of stationery, announcements, and invitations. When you have found the perfect design, simply
- Fill out our easy-to-use order form
- Carefully review the form to ensure we have all the details we need to complete your order
- Upload your pictures right on the product page
- Process your payment through our secure checkout system
PLEASE NOTE: If you are an expectant mother, a bride-to-be, or placing a large order, you can preorder your envelops to begin addressing them now! If you prefer not to purchase online, we also allow for email and phone orders. (View Contact Information)
Sending Us Your Pictures
We have made it incredibly easy for you to send us your pictures when you place your order. If you have any trouble uploading your photos, please Contact Us!
Please do not send us more than 10-12 of your favorite pictures. Specify which pictures you like best and how you want them used. There is a $15 change fee for changing pictures after the first proof. This includes rearranging pictures. (Editing pictures, including changing them to sepia or black and white is ALWAYS free.)

Proofs & Editing
Once we have received your order, pictures, and payment, we will add you to our proofing schedule. We usually send proofs out within 48 hours of payment. (See our Turnaround Time for additional information
When you receive your proof, please review it very carefully to ensure everything is spelled correctly and all the information is exactly as you wish it to appear. Keep in mind that we do charge a $15 fee for design changes and picture changes, as mentioned above. We DO NOT charge for correcting any possible errors or discrepencies.
If additional editing is required, you will receive a second proof. Once the final proof has been approved, your order will be sent to the printer!
Printing & Shipping
We only use printers committed to the highest quality finished product. We also use high quality Paper or Cardstock to ensure you receive the very best!
Once your order has been printed, we package it up with love and care, then promptly ship it out to you! Envelopes are ALWAYS included in your stationery order!
