Can I place my order with you over the phone?
We are an internet based company and prefer to handle all matters online or via email. However, because we understand that sometimes it's just easier to talk over the phone to express exactly what you would like, you may email or leave us a message with your phone number. How do I send you my pictures?
You can upload your pictures right on our order form on the product page. If you have trouble, please email them to us at pictures@peapodannouncements.com.

How many pictures should I send?
Take a moment and consider all of your picture options and decide which ones are your favorites. Please only send in 10-12 maximum!. Also, please give us an indication on which pictures you like best and how you want them used. If you would like our input, just ask! We usually can tell by looking at a picture if the dimensions are okay for a certain design.

Can I send in professional photographs?
Yes, but you will need to provide a signed release from the photographer allowing us to use the photographs.

Do I need to edit my photos before sending?
No, we do all that for you! In fact, we prefer the untouched photographs. We can rotate them, crop them, do touch ups, remove blemishes, change them to black and white, and do many other edits to make the photographs look great for your announcement or invitation!

Is there an extra charge for editing my photos?
Absolutely NOT! There is never any extra charge for anything we do to your pictures to make them more beautiful!

What is a proof and what is it for?
A proof is an online viewing of your announcement or invitation with your photos and customization in place. We do not print until you are completely satisfied. Please thoroughly check your proof for any mistakes or marks. After the proof is approved for print, PeaPod Announcements is not liable for typos or misprints that you did not catch in the proofing process.

Can I change anything during the editing process?
Yes, you may make changes after you receive the first proof, but we do charge a $15 picture change fee for rearranging pictures or changing them for different pictures. We do not charge this fee for changing the existing pictures to black and white or sepia.

What if I need to cancel my order?
We understand that circumstances may require a cancellation of an order. If you are canceling your order within 24 hours of originally placing it, there is no charge. If your cancellation is after 24 hours or you have received your proof and/or any edits, there will be a $25 cancellation charge due to time spent working on your order.

How will you package my order?
Our fabulous designs and excellent printing quality are only one way we create a visually pleasing purchase for you. We take great care in packaging your order and we know that you will be delighted when your package arrives!

How soon can I expect my order?
We currently ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail within 7 business days of payment, depending on the proof and editing process. Please allow an additional 2-4 days transit time.

Do you ship Internationally?
Shipments to Canada and APO addresses are at no additional charge. We also offer shipment to many different countries via Global Priority.
