- Ordering Process
- We make it so easy for you to order fabulous stationery, invitations, birth announcements, and personalized gifts! Our website is open 24/7, so you can order anything you want whenever you want! If you prefer not to order online, we simply ask that you call us or email us with the details of your order and a return phone number. (View Contact Information)

- Please be very specific in how you desire your pictures to be used. You will be assessed a $15 picture change fee to rearrange pictures during the editing process or to change the existing pictures to different pictures. (This fee does NOT apply to changing the existing pictures to sepia or black and white.)
- Cancellations
- We maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure our designers are compensated for their time. We reserve the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee for all orders cancelled after this time frame.

- Most of our designs can be mailed in standard envelopes at the current USPS stamp rate. However, several of our designs have special envelopes that require additional postage. These products are labeled as such; we cannot be held responsible for mail returned undeliverable due to your failure to affix the proper postage on your envelopes.
- Payments & Pricing
- We work very hard to keep our pricing affordable. We trust you will find you get extraordinary quality and service for the price you pay. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments. All payments are SSL secure, to ensure that your payment information stays private and protected.
- Promotional Codes & Contest Winners
- Promotional codes and contest winnings will be redeemed based on the current market value of the card pricing. Your code will be adjusted if it is for more than our current pricing. You will not be awarded any monetary compensation if the promotional code exceeds our current pricing. In addition, all minimum amounts must be ordered before any free products or reduced priced products will be awarded.
- Privacy & Security
- We understand and respect your privacy! We will not share, distribute or sell any of your personal information that you have provided during the ordering process. In fact, we will destroy all personal information we receive from you during the ordering process. While we retain the copyright of your final design, we will not use it for anything other than marketing of our site and company. We do NOT automatically place you on our mailing list to receive promotions and special news. Customers who wish to receive our mailings may sign up on our site and are free to opt out of the mailing list at any time.
- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship via UPS, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Global Priority, usually within 7 business days of payment (depending on the proof and editing process). We offer Shipping Insurance and Express Shipping at additional charges.

- ABSOLUTELY no refunds are granted! We strongly encourage you to purchase a sample or ask us questions regarding a product before ordering to ensure you know what you are ordering. Because 95% of our products are custom designed, we are unable to offer exchanges. We do offer replacements on errors under certain conditions.

- We do not require you to have an account to shop with us. You can checkout as a Guest. However, one perk of creating your own account is that you can view and track your orders! We will also provide carrier tracking information via email at your request.
