Cancellation Policy
By submitting your order online or via email, phone, or snail mail, you enter into a business agreement with PeaPod Announcements. We do understand that things may arise that would require you to cancel your order. Because we pour a great deal of time into our designs, including customizing them for our valued customers, we adhere to a strict 24-Hour Cancellation Policy for All Custom Stationery, Photo Invitations & Birth Announcements, and Personalized Gifts.
You MAY Cancel...
...within a 24-hour time frame from receipt of payment. If you decide to cancel your order during this time, you will be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel after 24 hours have passed or after your proof has been completed, you will receive your refund less a $25 cancellation fee.
You MAY NOT Cancel...
...once you have approved your proof and your order has been sent to print. Your order will be printed and shipped according to our shipping and delivery guidelines. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been printed, created, or shipped.
